This policy covers Nexsell Systems Private Limited ("Nexsell", "we", "us") — this website, and NexSell Community, our community management software for residential apartments and gated communities. If you are a resident, committee member, or staff of a community using NexSell Community, this policy explains how we handle your data as the software provider; your community association may have its own additional policies.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact details — name, phone number, email address.
• Community details — flat/unit, block, society, and address, for residents and members using NexSell Community.
• Billing and payment references (dues, invoices, UPI/payment gateway transaction IDs) — we do not collect or store raw card details.
• Visitor, gate, and amenity-booking records logged by the community you belong to.
• Messages you send us directly, e.g. through the contact form on this website or a support request.
• Basic website usage data (pages visited, browser/device type) via analytics, when you visit nexsellsystems.com.

We use this data to:

• Provide NexSell Community's features — billing, visitor and gate management, notices, complaints, amenity booking, and accounting.
• Send transactional communications — dues reminders, notices, OTPs, and account notifications — by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• Meet statutory obligations, such as GST/TDS records under Indian law.
• Respond to inquiries submitted through this website.
• Improve this website and our product.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use resident data collected through NexSell Community for advertising.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate, including:

• Cloud hosting and storage, hosted in India (AWS ap-south-2).
• Payment processing (UPI/Razorpay) for dues and billing.
• Email, SMS, and WhatsApp providers, to deliver the notifications above.

These providers are only permitted to use the data to deliver their service to us, not for their own purposes.

We retain community and billing data for as long as your membership with a community is active, and afterwards for as long as required by applicable law (for example, financial records under Indian tax rules). Website contact-form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on the inquiry.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct, or erase your personal data, or ask how it has been used. To make a request, or for any privacy question, write to sales@nexsellsystems.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

This website uses cookies for basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time; this does not affect your ability to browse the site.
