How do residents pay maintenance?
Residents get their per-flat bill in the app and pay online by UPI. Reminders and late fees are automatic, and every payment reconciles straight into audit-ready society books.
Is our community's data secure and compliant?
Access is role-based, so residents, committee, security and accounts each see only what they should. Data handling follows India's DPDP Act 2023, and alerts go out over DLT-registered SMS.
Can security use it at the gate?
Yes. Guards verify pre-approved visitors by QR, log entries and exits, and track staff and vehicles from any device — no expensive hardware required.
